StrangeStuff.com, their vendors, sponsors and partners reserve the right to, at their sole discretion, disqualify any individual that: tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the event or Web site; violates the requirements for entry, or acts in any unsportsmanlike, rude, or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. StrangeStuff.com reserves the right to terminate or modify this event at any time. Note: Material provided by submitters, entrants, or users must not violate any intellectual property infringement or cause defamation; profanity or other objectionable language or names which could result in disqualification or elimination of material at the discretion of StrangeStuff.com, Submission of matieral to StrangeStuff.com gives the right of StrangeStuff.com to republish the material without compensation to the entrant, user, or individual on the Web site (StrangeStuff.com) including their names and/or likenesses for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

In the event of a dispute about the identity of any entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.
